Soprano Secures Air-time with Independent CD Release
Thursday, December 9th, 2010A musician from Lancashire is delighted that her privately produced CD is due to get an airing on national radio station Classic FM. We’re always delighted to hear success stories of independent CD releases.
Soprano Helena Kean recorded her album, A Garland to Christmas, in a local studio in just two days; then spent a few months getting the production just right before the CD went to press. While Helena has gained a following with her live performances she understandably hopes that a radio play will justify all of her hard work in the studio and bring her music to a wider audience.
